请问一下如何投拆bluevm
我用了一年bluevm，在今年11月，我忘了取消循环付款，结果扣了50美元，我发Tickets告知，请求退款，他们回信说要我在后台处理，我就自己把主机给取消了，现在的状态是主机也取消了，钱也没退，账户上也没有钱。再发Tickets问已经不回复了。其实钱不太多少，我觉得不能让他们欺负国人，我是说真的，如果没人叫真，他们就真瞧不起我们了。所以不管怎么样，我还是要投诉一下。

我把Ticket信息贴上来，我的英文不好，全是翻译的，不要见笑，问一下是不是我自己的问题，如果是自己的问题我没明白的，也请说一下。
BTW：钱我是不打算要回来了，就是不能惯这个毛病，还有，如果大家觉得是我做得或理解的不对，请给指出来，如果不是的话，也请注意一下这家公司。谢谢了！

你取消了证明你不想用了，主动取消代表余款施舍给你们了。 这个估计不能退，只能在账单未生成之前取消，有的甚至还规定提前多久取消。
