有从 GSUITE LEGACY FREE 升级了 workspace business standard 的，又申请退回 legacy free 的吗

用机器人客服操作的时候是不是要让你先降级成 workspace business starter 才能回到 Legacy free??

我选择降级，账单里马上出了个账单，结果账户没回到以前的 legacy free.

就是一个 starter 套餐的账单，之前是 standard 套餐

是，升级到 standard, 如果要回 legacy free, 只能先降级到 starter, 然后虽然账单有费用，但不用担心，不会扣费，等就是了，正常用着 starter

客服是这样给我回复的

Thank you for the confirmation. The downgrade to Starter is exactly what is needed. Just make sure to stay in starter until the account is switched back to legacy. Please do not worry about the fees. Our billing team will address the situation directly in a few weeks. For now, just ignore the charges and continue using the account normally.

右上角那个帮助里就行，点 Contact Support 然后一步一步选就行了
