Please reply back to this suspension appeal after the IPv4 address has been changed. Currently, your suspended service has an IP address 149.57.xx.xx and it will automatically change to 47.87.xx.xx this week. Our current IPv4 provider makes it difficult to allow suspension appeals or to avoid charging you the $25 suspension fee before we look at your appeal (the fee cannot be waived.) But we may be able to waive this fee and look at your suspension appeal with more leniency after the change occurs.
If you'd like to proceed with the appeal before the change, let us know, and we can bill the $25 suspension appeal and start on your appeal sooner.
