本人刚刚测试成功，已经成功进入控制台了，特来给mjj支个招。
收到正在审核的邮件可以联系客服，本人之前使用招商银行信用卡被提示拒绝，然后选择美区扣款1美金注册通过，但是收到邮件说在审核。
”Hello Oracle Cloud User,
Thank you for signing up for an Oracle Cloud Account. We are reviewing your request and may reach out to you shortly by phone or by email if we need additional inputs.

联系客服，被告知使用中国信用卡需要使用正确的中国的地址和姓名。
按照要求重新注册之后仍然被系统提示此卡未被授权，然后告知客服，客服估计后台相应操作，让我使用同样的信息再添加一次信用卡，这一次成功扣款1当地货币，账号顺利通过，过程中使用GV验证完全没问题，希望对各位有帮助。

Sara Kuku: I use my card from CMB in China for sign up
Anthony: ok, for a CN card, you need to use a CN billing address
Sara Kuku: Yes, at the begining I use CN billing address but after 1 Dollar transaction, the system told me my card is declined without any reason, so I just use the same card to sign up in the US zone.
Sara Kuku: So now I'm confused how to sign up for Oracle clound
Anthony: what is the correct name on the card and billing address?
Sara Kuku: Correct Chinese name is *************************. It's my address in China.
Anthony: ok, I think you should try with those details
Sara Kuku: How ? sign up again?
Anthony: yes
Sara Kuku: yes,I just try it again, system told me my card is not authorized and ask me to contact my bank. but it's the same card, then later I sign up in US zone with review request, so I just contact you for support.
Anthony: ok, I think it is because you have previously entered incorrect details
Sara Kuku: So If I sign up again, is it'OK use the same card?
Anthony: yes, but you need the right details for the card
Sara Kuku: Can I use the same email address for new sign up?
Anthony: yes
