I would like to clear the misconception posted by the OP, first of all you were told that we do not have on going promo that's why the promo code is not working.... they are **old** promo code posted several weeks ago!
We do not have promo because we do not have stocks, only one VPS slot is available.... that's the reason the promo code is not working, we even give you exclusive 10% discount so you can get something less than regular price..... WE DO NOT SAY ANYWHERE that the 10% is on top of promo code since we made it clear to you that we do not have on going promo for San Jose XEN since very low stock.
YOUR ACCOUNT WAS DELETED because you said just cancel the ORDER and since you are not a customer with any ACTIVE service with us we do not need to keep your information for your PRIVACY and that's our policy.
I personally apologize if you do not like deleting your account but that's our policy if you do not have active service with us you are not our customer we will not keep your personal information as respect to your privacy.
